BBC Children in Need

Making a positive change to the lives of disadvantaged children and young people

BBC Children in Need’s vision is that every child in the UK has a safe, happy and secure child-hood and the chance to reach their potential. Currently supporting over 2,700 projects across the UK, BBC Children in Need is local to people in all corners of the UK and support small and large organisations which empower children and young people and extend their life choices.

Through its grant making BBC Children in Need aims to produce positive outcomes for children and young people who face disadvantages including poverty and deprivation, behavioural or psychological difficulties, disability and issues surrounding distress, abuse and neglect. Supported by micro-donations made by Monarch customers until May 2016, your digital pennies have helped children like Izzie cope with bereavement at a very young age.
