We’re on the lookout for a new member of our Finance and Operations team. Pennies is growing rapidly and in just 4 years has raised well over £3M from 15M consumer donations, to support more than 100 charities.

Role title: Finance Manager.
Contract: Permanent, full-time.
Salary: £34,000 to £40,000, based on experience.

The Finance Manager is a newly created position and will be a key member of the Pennies team.  The role will support the Head of Finance and Operations, taking direct responsibility for all aspects of the day-to-day running of the finance function including financial reporting and accounting, MI, financial controls, credit control and office administration.

The role presents an exciting, ‘grass-roots’ opportunity for the successful candidate to get involved in all aspects of this dynamic, fast growth organisation, and to develop and broaden their skill base, contribution and career as operations move to scale.

The role would be of particular interest to a recently qualified accountant looking to make a first move into the charity sector with the opportunity to gain experience across a broad range of activities.
