Care and support through terminal illness

Whether it’s terminal cancer or any other illness, Marie Curie want people to be able to get the most from the time they have left. Their Nurses work night and day, in people’s homes across the UK, providing hands-on care and vital emotional support. Their hospices offer specialist round-the-clock care. And they support people throughout their illness by giving practical information, support from trained volunteers and being there when someone wants to talk.

Over the last 60 years, Marie Curie has helped millions of terminally ill people and their families. But our ageing population means more and more people are living with a terminal illness. Even now, only three out of every 10 terminally ill people in the UK get all the care and support they need. More has to be done, and they urgently need your support to make that possible – your pennies can make a big difference.
