Better futures for young lives with epilepsy and associated conditions
Acting as a voice for young people with epilepsy, Young Epilepsy is the only charity in the UK dedicated to supporting children and young people with the condition. The charity supports young people and their families through one-to-one advice, group work, a helpline, delivering pioneering research and specialist diagnostic rehabilitation services. Young Epilepsy also helps raise awareness about epilepsy, the amazing people who live with the condition every day and the incredible things they do.
Young Epilepsy also provides specialist support to young people with other neurological conditions at St Piers – a school, college and home-from-home based at their Lingfield campus. The charity relies on donations to fund its vital work to create a better future for young lives with epilepsy. From September 2017 to January 2018, micro-donations at Rontec petrol forecourts helped Young Epilepsy reach more young people with the condition, and ensure they get the opportunities they deserve.
