This week, between 14 and 21 March 2011, every penny donated by Domino’s Pizza customers through Pennies the electronic charity box will be distributed to Comic Relief.

In the run up to and beyond Red Nose Day 2011, Domino’s Pizza is supporting Comic Relief by offering their customers the chance to donate electronic pennies to the well-known fundraising campaign.  For one week only, customers ordering online from Domino’s Pizza will be presented as usual with the opportunity to round up their payment for their food order, but all donations will be distributed by The Pennies Foundation to Comic Relief.

In other news Pennies will take part as an exhibitor in the UBM Responsible Partnerships Exhibition, taking place on Thursday 17 and Friday 18 March.

The exhibition is a new two-day, not-for-profit event developed through a strategic partnership between UBM and Business in the Community and will take place at the Business Design Centre in Islington, London.  It will feature over 150 non-profit organisations, with the aim of promoting responsible partnerships between charities and businesses.

The Pennies team will be present throughout the two days at exhibition stand no.72 to increase awareness among exhibition visitors and other participating organisations.

Alison Hutchinson, CEO of The Pennies Foundation, will also be giving a speech within the seminar programme on Friday 18 March at 12pm.  To find out more, please visit:
