Alison Hutchinson, CEO of The Pennies Foundation, spoke at the latest Quarterly Thought Leadership Conference in June 2010 hosted by Vendorcom at Silvermere, Surrey.
Vendorcom is a membership organisation representing stakeholders across the cards and payments industry, including more than 350 member organisations across Europe.
The conference, which aimed at promoting innovation and thought-leadership and providing a forum for knowledge sharing, was very well attended, with representatives from over 100 key stakeholders in the industry.
Other speakers included Richard Johnson, Chief Strategy Officer at Monitise; James McDonald, Head of Contactless Payments at Barclaycard; Mark Beresford, Director at Edgar, Dunn & Company; and Tom Donlea, Executive Director of the Merchant Risk Council.
