Pennies Announced as Charity Partner for Richmond’s Retail & eCommerce Directors’ Forum
Pennies has been announced as a charity partner of the Retail & eCommerce Directors’ Forum 2026, hosted by Richmond Events, marking the start of a new partnership between the two organisations.
Taking place on 14th April 2026 at The Belfry Resort, the forum will bring together senior leaders from across the retail and ecommerce sectors for a day of discussion, networking and collaboration. The event is designed to connect decision-makers from major retail brands with innovative service providers, creating opportunities to share ideas and explore solutions to the challenges shaping the future of retail.
Around 140 senior retailers and 50 retail service providers are expected to attend, alongside a conference programme featuring speakers from well-known brands including Primark, Pets at Home, Screwfix and Unilever. Discussions will cover topics ranging from AI and unified commerce to supply chain resilience and the evolving expectations of today’s customers.

Pennies’ involvement reflects its ongoing work with retailers and ecommerce businesses to embed digital giving into everyday customer transactions, demonstrate social purpose, and create real impact for causes their colleagues and customers care about.
Alison Hutchinson CBE, CEO of Pennies, said:
“We’re pleased to be partnering with Richmond Events and excited for the opportunity to be part of the Retail & eCommerce Directors’ Forum. It’s an event that brings together influential voices from across the retail and ecommerce community, and we’re looking forward to meeting businesses that are interested in how small digital donations can make a meaningful difference to charities and communities.”
The forum has been running for nearly two decades and is known for its curated format, which focuses on facilitating valuable conversations and connections within the industry.
