Pennies, the trusted leader in micro-donations, proudly supports Giving Tuesday, celebrating the many ways we can give back. Through micro-donations, Pennies makes it easy to donate a few pence to charity, creating a lasting impact.
Pennies held it’s annual Autumn Celebration Event this year on 8th November 2022. Hosted for the third year by BBC news presenter Sally Bundock, and supported by Worldpay from FIS, the event was attended by partners from across the micro-donation movement, and was also available to join online.
This year’s event included insights from many leading retail and hospitality decision makers who shared key insights and insider learnings from their businesses in a post-Brexit, Covid, and Ukraine war landscape – and of course their success with Pennies.
The night also included The 3rd Annual Pennies Awards. Pennies works with innovative, passionate and socially-driven brands who each help unlock and amplify the micro-donation movement; broadening the opportunities for consumers to donate a few pennies when they shop and socialise, for causes and communities around the UK and internationally.

Despite cost-of-living pressures, more people are giving to charity digitally than ever before
