QikServe, a leading enterprise platform in hospitality, partnered with Pennies in 2022, to offer a consumer micro-donation solution as a purposeful, value-add to its customer product offering. Merchants can now add Pennies’ donation functionality to their user journey to engage their customers and colleagues, and raise funds for the causes they care about.
The Pennies functionality is quick and cost effective to implement at no cost. The first live merchant using the solution was the UK’s largest family-owned fish and chip chain, The Chesterford Group (TCG). TCG enabled micro-donations via the QikServe Pennies solution to offer customers ordering online the chance to add a donation on their meal in support of Help for Heroes.

We are thrilled to be working with fintech charity Pennies to unlock consumer donations. Not only does the partnership offer a new, purposeful, value-add to our product – but it will mean that in this instance [with The Chesterford Group] Help for Heroes can raise vital income to help veterans.
