Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

Terms and Conditions of Competitions

  • Valid entries must be submitted through the competition webpage.
  • Entries made via the website must include an email address.
  • Entry is restricted to one per person and contestants must be over 18 years of age.
  • The competition is not open to anyone affiliated with Pennies or Pennies’ partner organisations.
  • The winner will be notified by email after the competition closes. If the number of correct answers exceeds the number of prizes, winners will be chosen at random. Pennies decision is final.
  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Check each individual competition for any additional terms and conditions.
  • It is a condition of entry that contestants agree to abide by these rules.
