Celebrate Micro-Donation Day with Pennies on Monday 26th August 2024
This national day of giving is all about celebrating the amazing power of millions of tiny donations, and we’ve got Pennies’ partners on board to help spread the word. While the official celebration is on Monday 26th August, the campaign will run throughout the week, giving everyone plenty of time to get involved and make a difference.
Our Partners
We are proud to have the support of several incredible partners committed to making Micro-Donation Day a success. This year’s key supporters include Adnams, Barracudas, Booths, Currys, Domino’s, Hendy Group, Holland & Barrett, MFG (Motor Fuel Group), Millbrook Garden Centres, Outdoor & Cycle Concepts (Cotswold Outdoor, Runners Need and Snow+Rock), Poundland, The Entertainer, The Restaurant Group, Toolstation, and Well Pharmacy.
Our partners are preparing for Micro-Donation Day with exciting activities, from heartfelt customer thank-yous and promotions to engaging social media campaigns. Some will even increase their donation values or run match-funding campaigns, maximising the impact of every contribution.

Why Get Involved?
Micro-Donation Day provides a unique opportunity for everyone – from our partners to the general public – to celebrate the impact of their small but mighty contributions.
Merchant partners can bring together customers and colleagues to share the stories behind the micro-donations, creating a sense of community and shared purpose, and inspire more donations too.
Technology and payments partners can celebrate the contribution their colleagues make at the heart of the micro-donation movement, unlocking tech for good and enabling more merchants to join in.
Charities can share the real impact of micro-donations, bringing to life the driving force behind the movement – the desire to make a difference for charities who need it most.
